Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water Resources Civil Engineer position include:

• Extensive experience in 2D hydrology analysis, urban stormwater management, and FEMA submittals.
• Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-GeoRAS, SWMM, Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS.
• Strong team-building and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Lead the planning, analysis, and execution of hydrologic and hydraulic design projects.
• Oversee and mentor a team of hydrologists and related professionals.
• Coordinate project scope and deliverables with project managers to ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Conduct comprehensive hydrology services including stormwater management, flood studies, and hazard mitigation planning.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and ensure project compliance with FEMA and USACE standards.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
