- Master Drainage Planning
- Floodplain Development Permitting
- Infrastructure Design
- Construction Administration
- Expert Witness
- Green Infrastructure Design
- Federal and State Grant Programs
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop construction plans
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion
- Perform site visits and assessments
- Prepare technical reports and proposals
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS Pro, MicroStation or AutoCAD, StormCad or equivalent
- Proficiency in Project coordination, construction estimating, and design
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- 1D, 2D, and 1D/2D modeling experience or interest
- Interest in working on diverse civil engineering projects across the state
- Interest in growing as an industry leader
