Water Resources Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Noblesville, IN. This is a 6-month contract to hire position.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned water resources projects, including scope, budget, staffing, and production.
• Partner with clients to secure project funding by navigating funding agency processes and requirements.
• Craft compelling proposals, change orders, client contracts, and project communications.
• Develop innovative water resource designs that adhere to cutting-edge standards.
• Conduct research and create preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Estimate construction costs with accuracy and efficiency.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio. (Required)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program. (Preferred)
• 7+ years of experience designing water resource projects. (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams. (Preferred)
• Experience with public sector design projects, including INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal projects. (Preferred)

Bonus points if you have:

• Expertise in water treatment, wastewater treatment, CSO consolidation design, and municipal program management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various water resources modeling software packages.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe applications.
