Job Details
As a Treatment Process Engineer and Technical Subject Matter Expert:
- Lead projects ranging from minor modifications to complex new facility designs
- Design and plan water and wastewater treatment processes
- Ensure project success by monitoring performance, budgets, schedules, and risks
- Develop project scopes and budgets
- Mentor junior staff in treatment process project development and delivery
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management
- Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout project lifecycles
- Foster a positive team environment aligned with our corporate culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- 15+ years of water/wastewater industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivation and adaptability, including aptitude for virtual collaboration tools
Preferred:
- Experience with BioWin wastewater treatment process modeling software
