Come join our Bartending team who has a hand in creating a uniquely exceptional beverage and bar service experience!  No matter what outlet you work in or event you are tending to – you are sure to be part of a memorable guest experience.  Here’s a snapshot of the areas our Bartenders are stationed in:

The Waterfront Restaurant is known for its casual, laid-back vibe.  It’s the perfect place to unwind, either on the patio or indoors.  The restaurant serves lunch and dinner.  It is a family friendly, fun atmosphere by day and enjoyed by customers appreciating live music and cocktails by night. 

Bar West is positioned as an up-scale piano type bar with handcrafted signature cocktails and small plates in a casual yet elegant lounge atmosphere.

Banquet Events provide a variety of casual cocktail hours on the patio to formal celebration events in our Ballroom.  Each event is different, based on the groups event request.

Bartenders are the curators of memorable bar service experiences throughout our resort.  They are responsible for quickly and carefully tending to the beverage requests of our guests.  Always the master in beverage arts, our Bartenders are prepared to suggest a variety of options for our guests including our featured cocktail creations.  These individuals must have a keen sense for responsible bartending service, be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
• Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily or per event set up
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
• Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.
• Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be accurate in your product and inventory counts, confirming all special requests and orders.
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant, bar and event staff.
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate product delivery and bill presentation (as applicable)
• Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank at end of shift.
• Someone with excellent communication skills.
• Someone who can regularly lift 50 pounds.

Your Environment:  Controlled indoor temperatures, could experience high temperatures and high humidity when outdoor delivery or servicing outlets and events.  Varied volume levels based on capacity of outlet or event and entertainment schedule.  Standing and walking on hard surface tile flooring, possibility for wet floors, grass, pool deck and carpet - non-slip shoes a must!   

We are looking for highly motivated team members!  He or she must be able communicate effectively with the team and together work to provide an excellent experience for our guests and team members. The right person will be show excellent customer service skills, must be passionate about service and should thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers.
