Responsibilities:
- Apply waterproofing materials to various surfaces, including roofs, basements, and foundations.
- Inspect and assess structures for potential water damage and areas that require waterproofing.
- Repair and restore existing waterproofing systems as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of waterproofing measures during building projects.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to achieve effective waterproofing results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques related to waterproofing.
- Experience as a Waterproofing Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and applications.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in application.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
