Location: Glastonbury, CT

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000

Work Status: Full time, In-office

If you are a fit for this position, we know that you are interested in more details. Read on! As a Client Service Associate, you can expect to:

• Intake, screen, organize, and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require their personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.
• Engage your proofreading (or quality assurance) skills to ensure that your work is in accordance with advisor or broker/dealer (Commonwealth Financial Network) criteria.
• Track all pending business paperwork, follow up on outstanding transactions with Commonwealth (e.g., transfers).
• Work directly with advisors and clients to deliver on clients’ needs and objectives. 
• Be involved with client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines, and what she wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects.
• Ownership over additional duties as necessary

Qualifications for this role include:

• One or more years’ experience in the client services/administrative field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some securities licenses (Series 7 or 6) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Above average skill with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Ability to coordinate efforts with team members to accomplish tasks and deliver results on time and in good order.
