Wealth Management Internship - Univest Financial Corporation

We provide independent advice and customized solutions to individuals, businesses, and charitable institutions, to help meet their investing and financial planning goals.

We are seeking an Intern for Summer 2025.

Sales support for Girard Advisory External

• Assist in entering and tracking prospect data
• Help clean up client and prospect information in CRM (Salesforce)
• Assist in entering all beneficiary and trusted contact information into CRM
• Help find relevant contact information for old prospects and leads

Projects for Financial planning team

• Help with tracking financial planning activity across entire wealth division
• Identify opportunities for held away assets and where the assets are currently being held
• Help conversion of older financial plans in legacy system Moneyguide Pro to our new system Emoney.

Projects assisting our head of Marketing

• Help create webinar content, invitations, and tracking
• Assist in managing new prospects from campaigns and digital marketing

Bachelor’s, Business, Communications or a related field or progression towards such degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

High degree of accuracy coupled with maximum productivity

Self-starter, energetic, creative, and resourceful

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle workplace stress and good conflict-management skills

Able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
