We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Wealth Manager to join our fast-paced team in the finance industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide expert financial advice and strategies to high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing personalized financial plans, managing and monitoring investments, and providing ongoing service and support to help our clients achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package and an opportunity to play a pivotal role in our clients' financial success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges, and providing customized wealth management solutions.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning.
3. Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring they align with the clients' risk profiles and financial objectives.
4. Stay updated with market trends, economic events, and investment strategies to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
5. Collaborate with internal and external partners such as tax advisors, attorneys, and investment managers to optimize client service and financial strategies.
6. Comply with all industry rules and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
7. Regularly review and update financial plans and strategies to reflect changes in clients' circumstances or objectives, market conditions, or tax laws.
8. Provide ongoing service and support to clients, addressing their questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An advanced degree or certification such as CFP or CFA is a plus.
4. Proven track record of developing and managing financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals or families.
5. Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
7. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
10. Proficiency in financial planning software and other relevant technology.
