Web Content Developer (Remote | DoD) - Rackner

Title: Web Content Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote)
Clearance: US Citizen (Secret Eligible)

About this role:

• Rackner is seeking a Web Content Developer to support a DoD program, Platform One.
• Platform One is a DoD enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging industry best practices, open-source software such as Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to instantiate CI/CD pipelines at various classification levels.
• Rackner is working with the Platform One program to support these initiatives and provide technical services and expertise for the program's success. 
• Customer Experience is a Customer Facing team comprised of Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support. 

We are seeking professionals with experience / knowledge in a couple of the following:

• Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Content management systems (CMS) and web development platforms.
• Web design principles, UX/UI design, and responsive design practices.
• SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Developing and managing web content.
• Creating and maintaining websites and web applications.
• Graphic design and multimedia content creation.

What will make you successful:

• Develop and maintain web content for Platform One's virtual onboarding and training platforms.
• Ensure web content is up-to-date with the latest Platform One features, technology changes, and policy updates.
• Work closely with the curriculum developer and training instructor to integrate educational materials into the web platform.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of web content to improve user experience and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze web traffic and user feedback to continuously improve web content and design.
