Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Position: Web Designer/Project Lead

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Web Designer/Project Lead to join their team! This role involves leading and managing web projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT and communications teams to create and maintain engaging web content, thereby enhancing user experience and driving efficiency. This opportunity is available due to the company’s commitment to evolving its digital presence.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design wireframes for corporate websites and components.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
• Lead the implementation of web projects, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Produce high-quality UI/UX designs and oversee regular updates to existing web properties.
• Maintain organized documentation and project files while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a web designer and project leader.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and web development principles.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Knowledge of insurance principles (willingness to learn is essential).
