In our current environment, the absolute ideal skill would be ASP.NET Web Forms (ASCX, ASMX, ASPX, Life Cycle, MS Build). Below is a list of skills that would be ideal. Looking for 3-5 years of experience.

- ASP.NET Web Forms. MVC is obviously much more common these days, but our systems are majority ASP.NET Web Forms. Someone with knowledge of building web applications with Web Forms would not only feel most comfortable working in our environment, but also open up opportunities to enhance our code base and educate our team on best practices and resolve issues.
- REST/SOAP
- C#
- SQL (SQL Server)
- DevOps/Infrastructure - Team Foundation Server – We have opportunities for improving/streamlining deployments as well as building and testing.
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript/jQuery
