About the Job
- Develop, edit, and maintain web pages and applications for current and upcoming sites within the Travel + Leisure portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience goals (35%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development to implement A/B tests and targeted personalization experiences, optimizing website content and functionality (20%)
- Lead the execution of requests across departments, from initial concept to final implementation, while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges (15%)
- Manage the entire operational request lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality web content and features (10%)
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot content development and release issues, ensuring the stability and functionality of web properties (10%)
- Proactively seek out and implement technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of content updates and user experiences (5%)
Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
