As an experienced Web Styling Specialist at Morley in Saginaw, you'll style websites for both internal and client initiatives, working both in person and from the comfort of your home.
Hybrid Schedule
- You'll train on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus during the initial onboarding period (typically several months).
- Following training, you'll work partly from home and partly on site.
While on campus, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with designers and developers to integrate design and functionality by styling and maintaining websites using provided design and assets
- Use content management software to be able to effectively communicate the brand of various clients
- Reference design mockups (Adobe XD) to program and style the website elements, audio/video clips, components and brand images
- Possess knowledge in graphic design and computer programming
- Communicate your ideas to clients in simple terms
- Test websites to ensure accessibility across many platforms, including laptops, tablets and smartphones
- Test websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors
- Handle related tasks assigned by leadership

Eligibility Requirements
- Essential skills with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Two or more years of industry experience
- Expertise and knowledge of typical projects for this role
- Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as needed
- Able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. At times, you may need to provide support after standard work hours or on the weekend to complete high-priority projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Content Management System (Ektron)
- Associate’s degree in web design & development, business administration, computer science, information systems or a related field
- Understanding of web design and front end development
