As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Website/Digital Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Website/Digital Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our online shopping platform and enhancing our web presence. You will work closely with the Director of Ecomm/Marketing to ensure the smooth functioning of our website, implement new features, and contribute to the creation of engaging digital content. This role also involves project management responsibilities to coordinate various initiatives and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing marketing, graphic design, ecommerce, and data management. While experience in all areas is not a strict requirement, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Website/Ecommerce Management:
- Maintain the functionality of our Magento website, addressing any technical issues that arise and collaborating with the development team to implement new features.
- Oversee the Web Development team to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and assemble newsletters using our email marketing platform.
Content creation:
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts and stories across various platforms.
Product Catalog Management:
- Manage our product catalog, including the addition of weekly new arrivals, updating existing items as necessary, and resolving any issues related to product listings.
- Conceptualize and build "Specialty Items" (e.g., custom beer boxes) to launch in collaboration with our retail partners.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing assets for both print and web platforms that align with our brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Magento or similar web platform required.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
