We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Website Migration Specialist / Content Administrator to join our team and support the transformation of our digital ecosystem. This role will work closely with our Website team to drive innovation, growth, and localization of our website platform, ensuring a high-quality, integrated, and visually appealing experience for users across our dealer network. You will play an instrumental role in shaping digital landscapes and crafting premium web experiences for our customers. The Website Migration Specialist / Content Administrator will focus on localizing and rolling out our website platform to the US dealer network, ensuring each site aligns with our brand standards and technical guidelines. This role involves managing content within the Sitecore CMS, facilitating dealer onboarding, and leading content migration processes. You will work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences while providing input on process improvements and the future of our digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Customize and format content in Sitecore CMS to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Participate in Sitecore training to become proficient in creating and testing dealer websites.
- Support the onboarding process for dealers, including developing unique website layouts and ensuring SEO optimization.
- Lead the migration of content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Review and QA new websites to ensure high-quality presentation and functionality.
- Provide support to live dealer websites, including content updates and troubleshooting.
- Enhance the Master Template for further streamlining of dealer websites.
- Create and maintain process documentation and conduct training for content management best practices.
- Support feature rollouts, troubleshooting, and provide feedback documentation.
- Prepare for PI Planning with the Product Manager to align new features with dealer needs.
- Coordinate efforts between the local market and global content team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, web design, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years in the North American automotive or digital marketing industry.
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Content Administrator with a focus on Sitecore or similar CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO and experience managing complex projects or marketing technology.
- Experience in cross-functional projects, ideally with international teams.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $62 - $72/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
