Job Title: Weekend Caregiver – Personal Care Worker and Homemaker Companion
Location: Larimer and Weld County
Schedule: Weekend shifts (times vary) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes in condition
• Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals or the client’s family

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or as a homemaker companion is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work weekend day shifts
• Must be able to pass a background check
