Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN - Mercer Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is looking for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN/LPN to fill a part-time, weekend position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.

Responsibilities include working as a floor nurse, as well as overseeing the weekend clinical staff in the building (LPN's, RN's and CNA's). The Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN/LPN assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of residents and staff. To ensure resident care is administered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, the Weekend Nurse Supervisor will utilize nursing practice and management skills and serves as a professional role model to staff. The Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN/LPN directs the formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of residents.

Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) Position Requirements...

• Active state RN/LPN License.
• Prior experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• This is a direct hire position.
