Job Title: Welder/Fitter

Department: Welding

Reports to: Welder Supervisor

Summary: The Welder/Fitter will produce quality weldments in a timely manner within set parameters and tolerances.

Responsibilities:

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components.
• Assemble structural forms and parts using welding techniques.
• Inspect and test welds for quality and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in welding and fitting.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
