Job Title: Welder

Responsibilities:

• Complete company-approved work samples demonstrating welding expertise.
• Operate manual welding units and equipment to deposit metal from electrode to workpiece.
• Join edges of workpieces while maintaining proper arc length and speed.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in welding techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
