Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturer in Bow, NH who is looking for additional Welders on 1st and 2nd shift! This is a temp to hire position.

Pay:
- 1st Shift- $25.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift- $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday

Job Details:
- Count and verify part numbers on the work orders.
- Use labor-reporting system to track all personal direct-labor time spent on all jobs accompanied by a work order or routing paperwork.
- Clean and maintain welding machines, tools, tips, etc. as needed.
- Position, align, and secure work against fixtures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Access QMS system and manufacturing resource planning system as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including aisles, weld booths, and machines.
- Crosstrain in other work areas and rotate in and out consistently for better flexibility.
- Produce a quality product regardless of the operation being performed.
- Communicate equipment issues to Production Manager or designee.
- Adhere to all departmental and company-wide safety and procedural policies.
- Any other duties as assigned by production management or designee.
Qualifications:
- The right candidate for this position will have Mig and Tig welding skills
- 1-2 years GMAW & GTAW experience necessary
- Ability to read blueprints helpful
- You must be able to lift up to 50lbs & stand entire shift
- We are looking for a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment
- You must be willing to cross train into other jobs and have excellent work ethic
- High school diploma or equiv
- Welding certificate required
- Current work experience required in GTAW
- This is a safety sensitive position therefore a drug test is a requirement of employment
