Job Title: Welder

Position Summary: A Welder is responsible for assembling and repairing metal components according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and fabricate equipment and parts using various welding techniques.
• Ensure all work meets customer expectations and quality standards.
• Assist the shop with other tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
