Fives Group is looking for a Welder/Fabricator in the Bowling Green, OH area.
What You Will Be Doing:
What You Will Be Doing:
- The Welder/Metal Fabricator will be performing MIG Welding and Metal Fabrication on various types of metals to build and manufacture specialty equipment
- Reading blueprints for fabrication of custom projects
- MIG/TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, chrome, and/or sheet metal
- Machine operation for fabrication of custom fit parts
- Welding/Fabrication of coolant tanks, vacuums, pressure tanks, filtration systems, etc.
- 1+ years of MIG/TIG Welding and Metal Fabrication experience
- Experience working with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Chrome, and Sheet Metal of varying thicknesses
- Prior machine operation (i.e. press brakes, rollformers, and shears) and hand tools experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams to build equipment from prints
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 100 pounds
- A Welding Certification or Associates Degree in Welding is preferred
- A high school diploma or GED (or commitment to get GED) is required
