Job Title: Welder & Fabricator

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating custom signs for various industries. This role requires working from custom prints to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and MIG weld custom signs according to specifications.
• Utilize shears, brake press, and other fabrication tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
• Familiarity with MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
