Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Location: Decatur, AL

Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and welding tasks using various tools and equipment, including plasma cutters and MIG/TIG welders.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting welds and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
