We are looking for Welders/Fabricators interested in achieving the company’s quality, safety, and product standards. We do new custom builds, repair existing builds, and tear-outs. Applicants must be reliable, detail-oriented, hard workers, and able to work on their own and with others. Applicants also must be able to work within a schedule. Employees will be working on a variety of projects each week (not production). Most of the work will be indoors (some bigger jobs may be outside as needed and weather permitting-occasionally). Welding certifications a PLUS, knowledge of working on trailers a PLUS. College or Vocational Training a PLUS
Hours: M-F 7am-5:00pm and Saturday 7-noon is optional
Pay Rate: (Temp to full-time position) Based on experience and skill level ($16.00 -$ 25.00), paid weekly.

Equipment needed: Steel toe leather work boots, long jeans, welding hood (if possible), basic hand tools (tape measure, square, screwdrivers, wrenches, clamps, hammers, etc)
Skills
MUST be willing to work 40-50 hrs a week
MUST know how to read a tape measure (down to 32nds)
Have reliable transportation and license (A chauffeur license is a plus)
Freehand welding - MIG (90%), Tig, stick, and ability to braze is helpful
Comfortable welding in all positions
Able to de-bur and clean welds and materials, and able to visually inspect your and others’ welds
Read and understand instructions, prints, or diagrams, Verbal and written instructions
Previous manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience preferred/not needed
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess strong verbal communication skills, maintain confidentiality Good initiative, work ethic & ability to work individually and in team settings
Read and understand instructions(verbal and written), Blueprints, or diagrams, reviewing samples, drawings, to understand the specifications of output
Knowledge of saws, grinders, drills, flame-cutting equipment, and other power tools
Maintain a safe and clean work area and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Able to safely lift 50 lbs
Expected to clean own area between jobs and at the end of each day
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Comply with safety rules and regulations during the course of duties
Willing to work in other areas as needed
Wear PPE as instructed
Basic Math(add, subtract, multiply, divide, measure, whole fractions, and decimals)
