Welder Fabricator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Welders Fabricators for a company based in Tampa, FL. Pay Rate
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. Must be flexible with schedule.

Welder Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities
- Weld, cut, and fabricate steel, aluminum, and other metals to create custom parts and components for commercial remodeling projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine welding and assembly requirements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all welds meet specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Install metal structures, reinforcements, and fixtures on commercial properties, including doors, frames, railings, supports, and custom architectural elements.
- Operate welding tools and equipment, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and oxy-acetylene torches, with a focus on precision and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Assist with the delivery and setup of metal components at job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on welding equipment as needed.
Welder Fabricator Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder, ideally within the commercial construction or remodeling industry.
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Experience with metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards, including the proper handling of welding materials and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor and indoor job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
