Position Title: Welder Fabricator
Wage: $22-$27/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm + Overtime on Fridays when available

Welder Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on steel as required by the project
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Set up, adjust, and inspect welding equipment to ensure it functions properly before each job
- Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and shaping metals to specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, checking for potential defects, and ensuring alignment with project specifications
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, wearing protective gear, and following company safety procedures
- Assist with troubleshooting welding issues and adjusting techniques or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Welder Fabricator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications AWS, etc. preferred
- 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in MIG and Flux welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of welding symbols, tolerances, and specifications
- Familiarity with a variety of welding tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety practices and personal protective equipment PPE requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various positions e.g., kneeling, bending, or standing and in varying environments e.g., hot or cold conditions
