About the Job
The Welder operates safety equipment and adheres to safety practices while performing duties to ensure a safe working environment. They maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include various types of weld preparation, torch cutting, layout, and fitting tasks as needed. The Welder also executes general labor duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license.
• Must possess welding certifications.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with availability on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Experience in working with cranes and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Experience in fitting and welding in various positions including overhead welding, on aluminum, stainless steel, steel and pipe. Proficient in torch cutting, layout and fitting.
• Must be able to lead and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions while working independently and multitasking effectively.

• Promotes teamwork and actively supports leadership.
• Works on heavy machinery and other heavy equipment as required.
• Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist colleagues as needed.
• Performs general labor duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
