Welder - Shop/Field - James Oilwell Service Inc

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Successful completion and passing of company drug screen, background check and fit test
• Must be willing and able to work in shop and field environment in all weather conditions
• Requires ability for sitting, standing, walking, lifting heavy materials, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs & ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, repeated bends, crawling, reaching high and low
• Welding certifications recommended
• Must be willing and able to work as needed; Travel to field required occasionally

Responsibilities

• The position requires operation and use of both wire and stick welders
• This position requires the ability to work in all types of inclement and extreme weather conditions
• Perform high-quality welds in a timely and efficient manner
• Secure and safely transport equipment according to DOT regulations
• Must have a minimum of 2 years welding experience
• Ability to obtain accurate measurements and build products accordingly
• Ability to work in a team environment and on your own 
• Assemble, build, or repair equipment using hand and power tools
• Work and commit to a company-wide culture that ensures that Safety is everybody’s responsibility and #1 priority
• All other duties as assigned
