Job Description: Welder

Location: Goodyear, AZ
Reports To: Plant Manager
Position Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Responsibilities:

• Weld metal components using gas welding equipment.
• Fabricate parts such as platforms, stair rail assemblies, and ladders from blueprints and shop drawings.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces for quality and durability.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
