SUMMARY: The Wellness Manager (RN) is a member of the clinical leadership team who is committed to providing clinical care at highest practicable level in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods Works closely with the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Manager in order to oversee care performance of interdisciplinary team within Assisted Living and Memory Care. Responsible for clinical compliance with state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations.

- The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, clinical acumen and desire to take full accountability for the clinical care of residents in assisted living and memory care.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about work, life and people. And supports the preferences and requests of residents in their care
- Willingness to be available 24/7 to support clinical care needs of the residents with non-traditional hours.
- Must be a strong team player and be skilled at developing teams and fostering teamwork.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse degree program
- BSN is preferred.
- A minimum five years' experience a registered nurse is required.
- Management experience within an Home Health, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred.
- Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience and comfort working with an electronic medical record required
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
The candidate is expected to have a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which she/he will practice/operate.
