We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Location Manager to lead our agricultural equipment dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts professionals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven managerial experience within the agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, inventory management, and financial metrics.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and profitability.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment is preferred.
