POSITION OVERVIEW:

Cater2.me is looking for an Account Associate who will bring a passion for food, hospitality understanding, and charisma to help our clients build corporate culture and a sense of community. You’re a hustler with a scrappy, can-do mentality who is happy navigating fast-paced and ever-changing situations. Using a wide range of skills, you will work collaboratively with a national team to meet and exceed our customers’ needs.

This candidate should be based in the California Bay Area but the position is remote friendly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work effectively within a team to deliver industry-leading services to our clients, monitor and facilitate daily order flow, always seeking to improve daily operations processes and procedures
• Support the Operations team in planning and curating menus based on our client's specifications, tastes, and dietary preferences
• Help solve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
• Actively monitor the performance and logistical needs of our onsite staff
• Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm PST with some weekend coverage.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Excitement and enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Extreme attention to detail
• Startup experience is preferred
• Wherever permitted by applicable law, applicants must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire. All Cater2.me employees who interact with our clients/vendors/employees are required to be vaccinated.
