Pay and Bonus Potential
- Mileage & Hourly Pay: Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
- Performance Bonus: Up to $0.08 per mile based on performance.
- Weekly Performance Pay: Additional bonuses available weekly.
- Orientation Pay: Compensation for orientation time.
- Paid Time Off: Earn PTO after 6 months, plus 6 holidays annually.
- Annual Bonus: Up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Class A license; minimum age of 21.
- Driving Record: Clean record with no DUIs in the last 10 years (CDL-A) or 5 years (non-CDL-A).
- Safety Record: Limited preventable accidents and moving violations.
- Medical: Pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
