As a Benefits Consultant, you will educate and guide both active and retired service members with final arrangement benefits customized to fit their specific needs. This position is ideal for those seeking a rewarding career with flexible working arrangements and a solid foundation for future growth. Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and conduct appointments with members about their private life and health insurance benefits
- Educate members on their options and fill out the corresponding enrollment paperwork
- Responding promptly to requests from policyholders such as beneficiary changes, claims, or adjustments
- Build strong working relationships with members and their families
- Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills through master classes and coaching calls
