Primary Responsibilities

• Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assist with the enrollment process.
• Address Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for client interaction.
• Attention to Detail: Organizational skills to manage records and paperwork accurately.
• Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and time management skills are essential.
• Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive).
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Reliable Home Setup: Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a functioning camera.
