Responsibilities
- Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with our active duty and prior service members to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions
- This involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
- Provide Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer service to our active duty and prior service members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing
- Foster Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with our active duty and prior service members by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances
- Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to our active duty and prior service members' interactions and transactions
