What You Can Expect:

• Home Visits: Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment in clients' homes.
• Customer Communication: Address concerns and provide effective solutions to our customers.
• Training: Educate customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment.
• Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work with manufacturers’ tech support to troubleshoot and identify necessary repair parts.
• Coordination: Partner with the customer service team to manage daily routes and process orders efficiently.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A passion for providing best-in-class service to our partners and customers.
• Strong communication skills using electronic devices (e.g., iPhone).
• A valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn in-house operational systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical and situational problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic electronic devices.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
