Bomberger's Store - Immediate Wholegoods and Parts Sales Associate Needed
Bomberger's Store, a trusted family-owned home improvement retailer in Lititz, is looking for a highly skilled Wholegoods and Parts Sales Associate to join their team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with a wide range of products, from power equipment to parts, and provide exceptional service that keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with the purchase of lawn & garden equipment and ordering parts
- Actively listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Processing payments for sales transactions
- Staying updated on new products and vendor offerings
- Helping customers with financing offers and service orders
- Performing inventory counts of parts and wholegoods
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Internet software and inventory systems
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
