Job Description
LendSure Mortgage Corp is seeking Wholesale Account Executives to work in California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Texas. New to the Mortgage industry, you will earn as you are learning about Non-QM Mortgages products during a three-month program. LendSure facilitates the expansion of mortgage originators' businesses by providing loan options to applicants who do not meet conforming guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels. In addition, the AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology.
Duties include:
Utilize both company-supplied and self-generated leads, as well as marketing resources, to initiate contact with prospective new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products. Coordinate broker / bank approval process, - wholesale agreements.
- Communicate and train clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers.
- Meet minimum production goals, tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM.
- You are required to make 50-75 calls per day.
- Manages the loan pipeline actively and provides clients with ongoing service support.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year sales experience
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual/presentation communication skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize
- Utilization of Social Media to drive sales
Skills:
- Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
- Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
