SUMMARY:
Oversees all activities related to building and managing strong relationships with wholesale accounts.. You’llfocus your time on targeting new wholesale accounts across KS, MO, OK, TX, CO, AZ, CA, OR, WA, UT, ID, NV, SD, ND, MT, NM..
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and expand existing and new Wholesale National Accounts also known as in-direct channel customers
- Market segement focus, Passenger Car, Heavy Duty, & Industrial lubricant product lines.
- Drive new sales opportunities within assigned in-direct accounts.
- Assist in National market expansion by identifying new in-direct channel opportunities i.e distriubtors.
- Lead all aspects of new business development, and any assigned accounts within portfolio, including but not limited to upfront contract, pain discovery, fullfillment creditcheck, fullfillment proposal, fullfillment approval, post sale and closing the account. Utlizing a professional sales process to ultimately “win” the account utilizing salesforce.com
- Work at all levels of the customers organization including field personnel, middle and executive management, and be recognized as the “go-to resource” for all Oil and Lubricant product lines.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaise with internal departments including supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, logistics, marketing, and lab & technical services to ensure client’s needs are met.
- Attending trade shows, meetings, and networking events.
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest ways to increase sales.
- Contract negotiations with new and existing customers.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree, technical degree and/or miltary experience with 5-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in an Enterprise Sales and/or OEM role is preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and customers.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, excel and powerpower point, and experience working in an enterprise wide system.
