" Traveler must meet all minimum requirements below to be considered.
" Do not submit traveler who have or will have expiring licenses and/or certifications during time frame of entire assignment. Traveler will automatically be declined.
" Only submit traveler who can work schedule in posting and interested in the unit.
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to:
" Prepare and package medications.
" Deliver medications to different patient care areas.
" Control inventory and cost.
" Work with Pharmacy automation and robotics.
Minimum Requirements:
" Facility Requirements:
o Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile including resume, *** portal, onboarding documents).
" Experience:
o Traveler must have previous Pharmacy Technician experience in inpatient/level 1 trauma facility or similar size hospital setting.
o Traveler must have sterile compounding experience - required. Make sure to document when/where they have this experience in resume/work history.
o Epic experience highly preferred.
o Prior traveler experience highly preferred.
" Licensure and Certification:
o Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
o CPT Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
" Education:
" High school diploma or equivalent.
" References
o Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).
" Floating
o Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.

Shifts:
40 hrs/week, Nights, 10 hour shifts: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend rotation dependent on operational need.
