Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, is on time, and within budget.
- Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents.
- Track the status and due dates of projects.
- Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects.
- Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports that could include; work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity, and other reports as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.
- Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Additional Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) Program
- Experience with WIC system planning, procurement, and implementation
- Experience working with state and/or local governments and policies
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) for WIC and/or SNAP
- Experience with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Experience developing Implementation Advance Planning Documents (IAPDs)
- Experience developing Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management work experience with a willingness to obtain a PMP certification
- Experience using and developing content in Smartsheet

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
