 The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the residential lending growth and origination of 1st mortgage loans in the Wichita metro area
• Providing direction and support to the Residential Lending staff to increase efficiency and enhance departmental profitability
• Ensuring that processes and procedures are compliant with all applicable lending regulations
• Maintaining interoffice and computer systems to promote efficient and compliant processing of loans
• Hiring, training, and coaching the residential loan officers Marketing Fidelity Bank’s loan products (in addition to other products and services)
• Providing support to the residential lending staff
• Managing market activities to create and maintain a professional environment

Requirements for the position include:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (which may be waived in lieu of experience)
• A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• A minimum of 10 years residential lending experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and administrative skills
• The ability for occasional road and air travel
• The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
