ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to providers regarding product selection, appropriate use and/or programming of Widex hearing instruments, Widex accessories, Bluetooth connectivity, Widex app support, software troubleshooting, and programming interfaces.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails, as well as internal requests for audiology/software technical support.
- Complete all necessary customer support documentation via our CRM system.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and training opportunities for Widex
Hours
• PST - 8:30AM - 5:00PM PST (M-F)
REQUIREMENTS:
- AuD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience fitting Widex hearing aids preferred
- Experience working closely with other team members in a virtual environment.
- At least three years of hearing aid dispensing and clinical Audiology experience required.
