Job Title: Will Call Representative

Job Summary:
As a Will Call Representative, you'll report to the Customer Service Manager and interact directly with customers. Your main role is to efficiently process customer orders and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

Pay: $21 - $23/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers from arrival to departure.
• Process Will Call orders using the BisTrack system, including picking, checking, and packing items.
• Ensure accurate customer account information and complete transactions.
• Keep customers updated on order status and communicate with the sales team when necessary.
• Maintain an organized Will Call area and follow up on orders that remain uncollected for over three days.
• Assist customers with scheduling new pickup dates for unclaimed orders.
• Manage tool repair and warranty intake, ensuring tools are properly recorded and processed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office and general tech use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
