A Day in the Life:
Our sales representatives make outbound phone calls to our customers who have been cancelled for more than 90 days and up to 18 months. We extend exclusive offers to sign back up with Vivint in a variety of ways. Successful Sales Representatives determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from sale to installation while balancing the customer experience and correcting the reason that they cancelled in the first place.
Expectations for Success:
- Grit and Resilience: Winback Sales Reps must possess the determination and resilience to overcome challenges, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of obstacles, ultimately driving their success in creating new customer accounts.
- Consistent Sales Performance: A successful Winback Sales Rep is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results and contributing to Vivint’s revenue growth.
- Effective Communication: Winback Sales Reps must be able to explain complex product offerings in a simple and persuasive manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the value of resigning with Vivint and how they address their unique needs.
- Continuous Learning: Winback Sales Reps are expected to stay current with our evolving product and service offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques. Continuous learning and adaptation to changing market conditions are essential for achieving and maintaining success in this role.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
- Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
