Job Title: Windows Administrator – Telecommute

Position Type: Contract – Through the end of 2015 with possible extensions
Rate: DOE (W2/1099)
Join our client as an Enterprise System Support Analyst on a contract position through the end of 2015 with potential extensions. This position is a remote position for those not residing in the Harrisburg, PA area - candidate must be within 150 miles from Harrisburg, PA.
In this Role You Will be Responsible for the Following
• Delivers and leads team in the delivery of second level remote hardware and software support services to clients to resolve product use and multi-product/platform problems, and/or questions relating to enterprise systems, networks and application software, as well as desktop applications that are beyond the scope of the client's first level help desk support function.
• Provides referrals and/or dispatches to other service providers to ensure that client's service level and technical requirements are met.
• Coordinates critical customer issues as well as new product and/or system implementations.
• Prepares, approves and coordinates the implementation of technical documentation and ensures that technical and customer documentation is current and complete.
• Initiates process improvements for internal and external customers.
• Identifies and performs a variety of independent analysis and problem resolution assignments.
• Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives.
Required Skills/Experience
• BS or equivalent
• Experience providing Windows server support in a very large Windows environment with multiple servers
• Experience providing support for VM server/ ESX/VSphere within a large environment
• Solid knowledge of files that make up a Virtual Machine
• 1 - 3 years' experience in storage technologies (EMC), troubleshooting, and performance tuning
