Job Description:
1. Bachelor's degree(s) in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 2 consecutive years of Windows system administration experience.
2. Power shell Programming and scripting experience
3. Active Directory Experience, Patch management, OS upgrades
4. Experience troubleshooting system hardware and software, particularly to investigate problems related to server outages.
5. Familiarity with the following are a plus:
Automation tool knowledge such as Vrealize and Microsoft DSC (Desired State Configuration)
Virtual Infrastructure
6. Maintain automation tools such as Vrealize, Microsoft DSC (Desired State Configuration), Puppet, Chef or Ansible
7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft servers and other Microsoft products in bank headquarters and country offices.
8. Install, configure and troubleshoot Bank standard hardware and firmware (currently Dell)
9. Provide remote assistance and support to IT staff in the different regions and end-users when necessary
10. Provide support for server backup & monitoring
11. Provide support for File and Anti-virus servers
